  1. The Client Referral Reward Scheme ("the Scheme") is valid from now to 31 December 2019.
  2. Successful referral refers to new referred client who has set-up account at Bibby Financial Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd ("BFSS") and completed the first drawdown.
  3. It is the responsibility of the referrer to inform the referred prospect about the Scheme and obtain referred prospect's consent of disclosure of any relevant information for facility application at BFSS.
  4. Related or associated companies of referrer will not be qualified as referred prospect for the Scheme.
  5. BFSS reserves the right to vary the Scheme and/or these terms and conditions, or to cancel the Scheme at any time without prior notice.
  6. In case of any dispute, the decision of BFSS shall be final and conclusive.
